Job Description
A Digital Marketing Account Manager needs to be outgoing, enjoy interacting with others, and be good at finding solutions to problems.
Our Account Managers are in charge of maintaining digital strategy and campaigns for our customers, and they work closely with those customers to do so across paid social, display, video, and search.

On top of that, our Account Managers cultivate long-term partnerships with customers while also opening up channels of communication and providing opportunities for strategic planning.
They manage a client’s online presence and analyze the performance of campaigns, in addition to acting as a point of contact for clients to resolve any questions or problems they may have.

Salary; 36,000 to 48,000 annually for 40 hours per week
Terms of employment; Permanent employment (Full time)
Responsibilities
- Monitoring the client’s internet presence and searching for areas in which it can be enhanced
- Providing clients with highly successful social media strategy and training on an as-needed basis
- Serving as a point of contact for clients in order to address any questions or problems pertaining to digital management

- Conduct an analysis of how effective digital methods.
- Keeping up happy and healthy relationships with customers over the long term
Experience/Skills
- Effective verbal and nonverbal communication abilities
- Experience in digital marketing is a valuable commodity.
- Experience in marketing through social media is a valuable asset.
- Superior understanding of digital best practices, marketing tactics, and the management of social media platforms
- A working knowledge of social media and digital platforms, including but not limited to Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and email marketing, amongst others.
- Retail, sales, or management experience, or any other experience that is relevant is preferred.
